In 2022, our team joined Member First Mortgage, LLC as a retail lending division. Wholly owned by Credit Unions, Member First Mortgage (MFM) is a full-service mortgage lender dedicated to serving Credit Unions and their members. Our parent company, Member First Mortgage, was founded in 2001 and built on the Credit Union philosophy of “People Helping People”. MFM Funding extends that same philosophy by serving the home financing needs of individual home buyers in the communities we serve.

At Platinum Financial Funding we are committed to protecting the personal information of our members. In order to maintain the confidentiality of private information sent via email, while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulations, we are implementing a new email encryption service through Zix Corporation, the leader in email encryption services. This service will help us protect outbound email containing sensitive information, such as social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial information, etc.
All emails from Platinum Financial Funding containing sensitive information will be encrypted. You will be able to easily receive these encrypted emails through ZixPort.
Opening an Encrypted Email from Platinum through ZixPort:
- You will receive an email from ZixPort with instructions to “click here” to open the encrypted email. This link automatically re-directs you to our Secure Email Message Center.
- First time users of ZixPort will need to go through a simple registration process to open an account. Once your account is registered, you may view the message and any attachments over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection.
- We have implemented the “remember me” feature, so subsequent visits will only require you to click “open message.”
It’s important to note that if you are currently a Zix gateway customer, all encrypted email messages between Platinum Financial Funding and yourself or your business will be sent securely and delivered unencrypted to your inbox.
